Hi fellow readers,

Make sure you read all the way through Chapter 25 for our next meeting on Friday, September 3rd. DON'T FORGET: The meeting starts at 4:00 due to school conflicts! Hi everyone,
I will be at an Associated Student Body conference so there will be NO meeting this Friday, August 13th. Instead, I have assigned chpaters 8 througb 23, to be read by our next meeting on August 20th. Check back for the Week2&3 activity sometime this weekend!

Week One Reading Assignment

Hello everyone!
We had a fun intro meeting today at the Central Library! We had a presentation about Egyptian gods and goddesses and made bookmarks for the assigned novel. Everyone is expected to read Chapters 1 through 7 by next Friday. The entire reading assignment is about 105 pages so be sure to read about 15 or so pages a night! Be ready to discuss our two protagonists (Carter and Sadie) next week. Be sure to check later this week for the weekly activity, the word search. Everyone who brings the completed activity to the next meeting will receive a small treat.
